After slipping into second place in its third weekend, Joker emerged as the top movie once again in a quiet weelend at the box office. With $18.9M in its fourth weekend, the comic villain smash now sits at $277.6M total as it closes out the Fall Season as the number one movie by a landslide

Taking a step back into second place, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil made $18.5M (down a solid 49.8%) to give it a 10-day, and season total, of $65.4M. That total, however, isn't quite enought to land it in the Top 10.

In third place, The Addams Family added $11.7M in its third weekend to give it $72.8M for the season, good for ninth overall.

Fourth palce went to Zombieland: Double Tap, which was down 56.7% in its second weekend with $11.6M, for a 10-day total of $47M—far outside Top 10 contention.

Rounding out the Top Five, the thriller Countdown tallied $9M in its opening weekend.
